Phil & Emily | Milton Engagement

We had been planning this day for a while now through multiple texts, emails, and phone calls... Emily went all out- bought the perfect dress, found beautiful lilacs, and hunted around for the awesome chalkboard mason jars to hold them.  We decided on the perfect location and were blessed with the most perfect temperatures; however, what we did not plan for was the mass swarms of mosquitos... who knew they would be out in May!  I've been camping before, out in the woods, and all over, but this was by far the most mosquitos I've every swatted away in an hours time.  These two seriously deserve a metal for standing so still and looking so at ease while being attacked!  The mosquitos did not stand a chance and the end result- beyond beautiful!

Where to even start with this post!  First of all, I know it has been such a long time since I last created a blog post, so I decided to spoil you this time!  This wedding was absolutely magical and the wedding party can attest to how many times I kept saying "You guys were blessed with the perfect winter day".  We had snow, reasonable temperatures, a stellar sunset and an amazing bridal party :)  All in all, it was a perfect winter wedding and I am so excited to share it with you!  Thank you so much to Jackie and Neil for the opportunity to capture your 'ever after'!

Meghan & Ben- Cave Springs Winery, Jordan, ON {Wedding Photography}

This post has been a long time coming, but only because I knew there were so many images that I wanted to share! I was so excited when Meghan approached me to shoot her wedding in Jordan, Ontario, as I had been wanting to do a session in this quaint little town for a while now!  I cannot express how perfect the day was- from the wedding party, to the location, to the weather.  Despite the rain, we had an amazing backdrop(s) to work with and friendly towns people who invited us onto their property for pictures.  All in all this day was one to remember and it even ended with the perfect sunset over the escarpment :)  A huge thank you to Ben and Meghan for allowing me to be a part of your special day and a shout out to the AWESOME wedding party who made the day so enjoyable!
